Your Local Real Estate Agent

Some people are very casual when it comes to signing papers that affect their finances for decades. But for those who recognize that small steps early in the game can affect major outcomes later, it's fortunate that there are professionals who dedicate themselves to learning about the process and local market conditions, and who can turn a nightmare of stress and confusion into a relatively painless experience (let's be honest).

I'm an educated professional with a few years of experience in this market, and I think I've seen almost every trick and turn of the industry already. I've also had intimate experience with properties in most of these neighborhoods, making me an invaluable person to talk to when it comes to relocation to or within this area. I'm confident that I can save you not only tens of thousands of dollars, but a great deal of time and emotional energy as well.

But I'm not simply a piece of hardware you can point at a house. I'm a human who laughs and smiles, and I'll take the time to find out what you really need most from me as a professional real estate agent. If you would like to know anything about my services, or if you'd like to hear about the local market from a human voice, please contact me at your convenience.

  Get to know me:

Amanda Thompson Gray, better known as Mandy to family and friends, was born and raised in Randolph County, Alabama.  She is a graduate of Woodland High School, Southern Union State Community College, and Troy University.  Mandy began her real estate career over a decade ago in 2007, and has loved working with numerous buyers and sellers since her first day.  Amanda's clients have truly become like family to her over the years; helping her clients find the perfect home is what drives her each day and what makes her role as a real estate agent so fulfilling.

Amanda and her husband, Darrell, are the proud parents of three high-spirited children, two girls and one boy, all whom attend Auburn City Schools.  Amanda and Darrell both moved to Lee County for college, and quickly fell in love with the community, the people, and the spirit of the Loveliest Village on the Plains.  They remained in the area, married, started a family, and cannot imagine living anywhere else so perfectly suited for raising a family.  There is so much that the Auburn/Opelika area has to offer that it is impossible to not feel at home here.  If you have questions about the area, Amanda is certainly the one that can help you learn your way around while bringing a smile to your face with her quick wit and southern charm.

In her off time, Amanda loves to sing, read, travel, and spend time with family and friends.  She attended college on a music scholarship, and was a member of the Southern Union Show Choir and Sound.  While with that group she performed on stage at Carnegie Hall in New York City.  These days, you can find her Sunday mornings singing with her church.  And she's always ready for a round of karaoke!  Amanda is thrilled to be a part of the HomeLink Realty team, and is here to help you with all your real estate needs.
